forge. quick question

ok, i just got my forge valve and installed the blue spring +1 shim.

the valve came with this little rubber band thing, does anyone know what that's for? thanks!

yeah, it's a little seal that goes on the bottom. i figured it out. got it installed about an hour ago. sounds good but i haven't driven my car yet. i used a blue spring w/ 1 shim. the tricky part was getting the two hoses lined up right because the top screws on... and i hate the factory clamps. thank God for pliers. lol.

should be the o-ring to seal it.

the stock ring had grease on it .. so i just put some dow-55(o-ring grease) on the forge o-ring and was good to go.

dow-55 will make the o-ring swell thus making a better seal and extend the life of the o-ring ... used to be into paintballing and when ever i had to lube an o-ring due to inconsistancy ... dow 55 was my choice .. works great.

well, i already installed it... maybe i'll uninstall it and grease it up...? where can i get that stuff?
