I have run the forge for the last two months... I will go back to the BPV and BOV (turbosmart megasonic) because my car run too rich that cause backfire sometimes (in hot weather condition)
Backfiring isn't bad for turbo cars...it's good to know that you are running rich.

here is a pic, I ordered the forge kit today once i get that i will use their stuff for the install but until then i used some zip ties to make it tight.

matthew, i did not see any screw for adjustment.

Ohh dear god ... get rid of those crappy factory vacuum lines ... you probably cracked one of them getting them off anyway. They are hard plastic junk.

Is there any stalling with the forge BOV? or does it run just like a stock setup? Also If you order the install kit does it actually make a BOV sound or is it just quiet? Im running with stock boost and Injen intake.... thanks guys

also are there any complications with the forge BOV like running rich or what not, anything at all?

Its not a loud BOV to begin with and I dont think anyone said it was loud. It does its job for a good price and works with stock piping...

Mine is loud because of my intake: http://www.msprotege.com/members/spacemonkey/forgeBOVdriveBy.AVI

Lancerbav...no stalling. I tried to stall the BOV and it just wouldnt stall...low RPM drop sometimes but no stalling. It stalled when I 1st put it on but went away about a week later...im guessing the ECU caught on. Just dont shift into neautral at high rpms and the RPM drop wont be a problem. Running rich I dont have any clue cuz I dont have a a/f gauge. But I would assume so since we have a MAF sensor. If it runs rich anywhere its probally between shifts....when you use the BOV. Its a good product and im satisfied with it...got it at about 8,000 miles and now I have 13,500 with no problems once so ever. The Forge Diverter valve is also good...either one is better then the plastic Denso unit. Hold boost way better too.

Our valve, as stated before, is not specifically designed to be a loud valve. There is no horn on it to add volume to the noise that the air makes as it vents. The only noise you will hear is just the air passing through the holes on the side of the valve. Though it is quieter than some other valves, performance of the valve is the same if not better.

As far as getting a rich condition, that should be a non-issue with our valve. The valve is a dual piston design, so under vacuum or at idle, the secondary piston remains closed thus preventing a rich fuel condition.

What he means is we aren't really running any richer with the BOV than we were with the stock setup....

yup dont think its rich or I would assume you would feel it bog down. just checked the plugs today and it looks okay. Im flashed and running injen intake. I put probally 7,000 miles with no problems.

Yea, that's kind of the gist of what I meant.
There is no reason for our valve to cause any kind of fuel trim issues.
