For Those Of You With Blow Off Valves Please Read

Without a kit or an adaptor how would i get a GReddy Type S or a HKS Super Sequential to work I just dont understand how to mount it or anything because the Type S bolts on and the SS goes in some weird way i dont know. Please help im getting my GReddy E-01 boost controller and Type S BOV tommorow but i dont know how its going to work. Thanks

Ok. You need hard pipe. most aftermarket BOV's are weld ins, unless you buy a kit with the flange fabbed into the pardpipe (like spools kit) It just wont work without the hard piping.

Hope that helps. Trust me I got a turboxs BOV sitting here, jsut waiting for Spool to get the FMIC kit for the MSP done, and POW, a whole lotta Phhhssssssssss goin on :D

So we're going to have to buy a whole FMIC unit just to get a BOV to work properly? HRM!

Anyone want a Greddy Type S? I'll sale mine if that's true.

t3ase you dont nee a whole FMIC kit, but the charge pipe, from the Ic to the throttle body, will need to be a hard pipe to have the BOV flange welded to. Im sure there is a way to jurry rig it, but IMHO, I would want it done right.

Thanks, my friend with a VW found it I was about to cry haha I want it on ASAP but im going to have to wait for this part now, oh well at least it will work. Thanks

so you just pull off the stock diverter and this goes in it's place? i see they also sell a 1" aluminum plug for open atmosphere bovs, so i take it you'd need this. they're made for vw, so do you think it's going to work on the msp?
anyone have pics of the diverter valve and where this would go?

Yeah pretty much you can get the greddy's in DSM flange or Universal. The HKS are Universal with a b**** of a circle clip to get in
