He gave the lamest excuse in the world. He didnt like the paint on the car. I thought he was pulling my leg at first. Turned out he was serious. I was so damn infuriated that I just walked back into myplace after he said that. I think he wanted a garage queen just to show off. I build cars to run and run hard reliably. This cars focus has always been its performance. My body work isnt show perfect but it looks pretty damn good. This guy wanted perfection. What made it even dumber is that I still have enough paint to repaint the whole damn car if he wanted and I was obvioulsy going to give that to him. If you guys only knew how little I was going to sell it for to him, you be pissed too.
I think he wanted more so to knock me down even more on price and figured Id cave in because he drove so far. No way. Not happening. I did call him and asked what he thought was a fair price. Then I realized, I dont want him getting the car. Period. I wasted so much time for the @#$$ head to do that to me.
He didnt even drive the car. Again, I think he just wanted lowball me on the spot.

talking to the parents since they hold the title on my car... will discuss your car over dinner tonight. hopefully ill come back with good news. only thing that sucks is that i just bought about 1,500 in stuff for my car.... so that kinda sucks... just bought it yesterday at like 5pm. wouldnt have done that if i knew this. oh well...ill let ya know.

what stuff? I'm sure you can take a pretty small loss and sel the stuff on here, or take a loss on shipping and return the stuff.

oh yes...i def would not mind. id say its a fair deal. take a loss on shipping and get the miata? hell yes. just getting the parents to hand over the title...wish i woulda gotten that s*** put in my name a while back.
