For Sale 2008.5 MS3 OEM Struts & Shocks $175 Shipped
FS 2008.5 MS3 OEM Struts & Shocks $175 Shipped
These shocks and struts were removed from a 2008.5 Mazdaspeed3 (MS3).There is a total of 8000 miles on these dampers. 5000 of which were on stock MS3 springs and 3000 miles on MS3 Accessory Springs. There are no leaks and are in good shape. Would be a decent upgrade for those who wish to use MS3 Springs, Pro-kit, or just simply want to replace your stock dampers on MZ3 stock springs.
There's one concern I'd like to point out. I ended up boring out the holes on the Front Right strut to accommodate a Racing Beat Front Endlink which have a 11-12mm whole instead of a 10mm standard sized hole. I only drilled one of them. The Left Front strut remains intact and untouched. The fix is simple, you can use a nylon or metal washer from a hardware store to fill that larger hole opening. This is similar to how members including myself have installed MS3 rear sway bars on a MZ3 as the MS3 Rear sway bar has a 12mm opening at the ends vs the MZ3 endlink studs being only 10mm. I can throw in a metal spacer/washer in that can be grinded/filed down to fit that I bought to use for my Rear sway bars.
I'm asking $175 Shipped for all 4. I'm located in Seattle, Washington 98107. Please PM me if you're interested. They're boxed and ready to go. Shipping weight for everything is ~33lbs (fronts are 22lbs total and rears are 10-11lbs total)
Bored out Front endlink tab on Right strut:
Left Strut tab left untoched:
