I have been accused by a select few (2-4 members I think) of being a Fanboi
I’ve pointed out on a few occasions that the MS3 is a better performance vehicle than probably all other cars in its segment “25k and under sport compact” category. For example, there was thread about the GTI w/ DSG vs. MS3. The OP said he/ she couldn’t take it from 0-60. In response I said something to the affect that there is no good reason that a GTI w/DSG should be running faster than a MS3 unless the driver of the MS3 spun too much thru 1st and 2nd gear. I never said the GTI was a bad car or that it wasn’t as good / better or anything to that affect yet I get flamed away for that post. My other post have been received in much the same way by the same (2-4 members) for basically the same kind of post but with different cars involved (Accord, Camry, New EVO, Cobalt SS, WRX, etc.) On pretty much all accounts I have been flamed away for making a simple comparison between above mentioned cars vs. MS3. Keeping in mind I never talked bad about the above mentioned cars only compared them from a performance standpoint. Well, I might have said that I didn’t like the Cobalt’s interior, exterior but that’s about it.
For the members that I’m talking about please do feel free to quote any other post that I’ve have made that in your opinion qualifies me as a MS3 fanboi and how I think all other cars are s*** basically in comparison. Frankly, I’m getting quite fed up at this point with these members as I can’t seem to make one post without a personal attack now.
What do you all think?
