Fixing BAD curb rash

I want this thread closed... me and the buyer came to terms and I refunded her most of the money she paid for them while at the same time being able to keep the rims.

It is to be noted though that the pics I posted are legitimate pics of the rims, and not closeups of the damage. It should have been the buyer to inquire of the damage and for more pictures. She didnt do that, but since I am not a Beau like guy I followd exactly what she proposed to do.

That's bad. You shouldn't have lied and don't demand people close threads. As you can see, it won't happen or get you very far.

sounds a little bit deceiving to me....if the curb rash isn't really that bad, you think pics would be taken of it.....like every other thread i've seen so far. Glad you got some money back, that way you can maybe fix them....

I find it interesting that the tires were not removed before photos where taken (unless the offer was also for the rubber that is depicted).

laraw, I'm sorry this happened to you. I'm impressed with your calmness and respectfulness in dealing with your predicament.

I recently got scammed on eBay (counterfeit cell phone). The auction was clearly for the real phone. I contacted the seller, they gave me the same bulls*** line: "it's the buyers responsibility to ask questions".
