Fish Tank Pics

these are some pics of my wifes fish tank. it isnt really mine because i dont do anything except look at it. she takes care of it.

it is a 36 gallon bowfront tank. right now we have 1 ghost knife, 2 angel fish, 1 gourami, 3 clown loaches, 3 small loaches (i dont remember what kind they are), and 1 tetra (all of his buddies were eaten by the stingray).

most are current pics, however the pic of the sting ray is old. unfortunately we had to sell him because he was getting too big. he is a brazilian freshwater stingray. when we got him he was a little smaller than the palm of a hand, when we sold him he was about 8 inches in diameter. i have heard from his new owners that he is huge and now eats 50-60 live feeder fish per week.

i have a 30 gal. with a 8 inch black ghost knife, 7 inch clown knife, 3 inch Pacu, an algi eater (bout 3 inches), and a baby fresh water barracuda, ill have pics later on, dont have them hosted yet

I have a 20 gal.. and about a month ago, one of them had 8 babies and a week after that another one had 3 babies!! I told my friends that it must be something in the water.. lol..

nice. i bet that stingray cost a pretty penny i've got a 38 gal. with an 8 inch Red Devil in it. and also a 30 gal. with a 7 inch Jaguar Cichlid. They're meaner than a rusty bear trap.

actually, the retail price was $90, but it was on sale for $70 because he had it in stock for a few weeks

wow. i dont think i'd have the grapes to spend 70 bucks on a fish. i just know it'd die. i thought spending 20 bucks on a freshwater (brackish) moray eel was expensive, and of course it died on me.

yeah, i was afraid of that also, but i figured hey, its a damn stingray! how many people have stingrays in their fishtanks? he was awesome, until he ate all of our tetras in a 2 night span.

Thread Revival!!!

First two pics 10 gallon, 1 Pink Kissing Gourami, 1 Powder Blue Dwarf Gourami, 2 male Fancy Guppies, and 1 remaining Neon Tetra (out of 12).

last three... 55 gal, 3 Hi-fin Bull Sharks, 2 Opaline Gourami, 1 Pink Kissing Gourami (had to be separated from othe pink kisser), 1 spotted pleco, 1 bala shark, and 20 or 30 ghost shrimp...

your tank is beautiful.. I have 2 neon tetras (i think that is my favorite fish).. I named one macaroni... the other is cheese..
just be careful with the flash.. from what i've been told, it stresses out the fishies.

Sweet. I have a 35 gallon tank with about 20 fish...all various tropical community kinds. I'll try to snap pics later. Damn fish don't like to sit still though.
