10% discount and the ability to print up my own pictures precisely how I want them (cropping, color, etc) is an excellent plus to the job. If I were a mundane i.e. cashier, random associate, I would probalby be calling in sick. Even tho the pay's low, I actually WANT and LIKE working there. Sad eh? I like teaching betta tho!
