First Drive: 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R and SE-R Spec V

It's just an identity-confused car in general. From the rear shots, it's mini 3rd gen altima, from the front, it's either a caddy or a baby maxima, but the proportions of the car are all wrong so it doesn't pull off any look well.

The fact that they based this sport compact on an SUV chassis = (hand)

'Nuff said.

The C-platform is a multipurpose chassis. It was developed for both Nissan/Infiniti and Renault compact cars and CUVs. It underpins the Nissan Sentra, Rogue/Qashqai CUV, Lafesta 7 pass minivan, X-Trail and Infiniti CX25, and Renault Megane, and Scenic.

Yup. Purpose built chassis > jack-of-all-trades.

piggy, chunky, overweight, too much pizza and beer, you know what i mean :p

It's sad that even Mazda has put on a little weight recently (boom03)

at least Mazda knows to equip their cars with multilink rear suspension or at least some form of independent suspension :P

Remember I currently drive a pizza and beer fed chunky Nissan.

Oh wait the driver is too!
