Finally Purchased a House

My wife and I got our first home 2 weeks before we got married and we just love the place. We've had it a little over a year now. Its in a good neighborhood with really friendly people. Its not perfect, but we love it anyways.

Next home will have a garage for sure but for now I'll settle for off street parking.

1600 sq. ft. for 97K FTW!!!!!!

Thanks man, yea we had a hell of a time getting the house, there was always something that had to be dealt with.

My Wife is an Interior Designer, so I left all the colors to her, and it seems that we are basically remodeling the kitchen now, oh well.

Yea I told my Wife that I wanted at least a two-car garage.

Area is everything here, and we are dab smack in the middle of it.

We got our house for 123K

all houses that are 300k here need work...it's a shame unless you find a steal somewhere

yeah,I'm in the "Wine Country" aka Napa Valley(NORCAL)

there is no homes for prices like that.

s***,my rent is $1600 a month for my apartment,thats probaly more then your payments to own!

Wine Country is an awesomely beautiful place though. Was there in 2005.

Also, that is a house payment for like close to a $300,000-$400,000 house here!
