Well, finally after 4 years from the start of the project my car is almost done. Due to various delays of one sort or another, the only thing left is to have the front bumper mask fitted and painted. Last night the tuner (very close buddy of mine) finished the initial tuning of my car. I say initial because after I get use to the car as it is now we will be turning up the boost as far as pump gas will take it then on to race gas. The engine is build with forged internals, compression upped to 9.7:1, port and polish of the head, upgraded valve springs, Modified Edlebrock intake manifold, 75mm Mustang throttle body,HKS foam airfilter, Acura RSX COP, AEM EMS 1050.
So here is my dyno sheet.
The solid lines are on 93 octane @ 12.7 psi of boost 332 hp 273 ft/lbs
The dotted lines are 93 octane @ 10.5 psi of boost. 291 hp 247 ft/lbs
We set redline at 7500 rpm but as you can see hp was still climbing. We just ran out of time on the dyno to explore any further.
