Fender roller

I am about to buy some Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec's in 235/40/18 and will need to roll my rear fenders. I am considering buying a fender rolling tool from tire rack to roll the fenders myself, an was wondering if any of the San Diego area MS3 owners were wanting to roll their fenders also. If there is enough interest in the area, I will buy the tool and roll your fenders for $60. Let me know if anyone is down for that.

Just an FYI incase your interested. 60 bucks seems a bit high, you can rent the machine from here and do it for 50.

You also have to pay shipping and insurance both ways and have to wait for the tool to show up. I can meet someone anywhere in the San Diego area which eliminates long wait times and any deposit ($250 from that site) for the tool.

I was looking on my MS3 and it looks like only the rears need doing. The fronts are rolled about as much as I can imagine they could be.

The Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires are by far my favorites. Not alot of people know about them, but I plan to use them on my MS3. I had them on my Stage 3 SRT-4 and they held the power and made the car alot of fun to drive.

The StarSpecs are suppose to be even better.

im down dude, i have a 07 mazda 6, and my new 19s rub hard core in the back, om off on tuesdays, and if you can do it without f%*king it up, im down, ill even tip ya, dudes down here want like 75-100 a lip. and you gotta find someone to do it, most people are scared, so let me know, im serious, im in riverside county not to far from you...PLEASE SAVE MY TIRES!!!!!.....

im running 235s with out my fenders rolled with no problems
Me too. 235/40-18 on a +48mm 8" wheel and stock suspension. I just checked the other day for any signs of rubbing and found none. Although I'm considering rolling the fenders anyway for the added safety factor.
(and yes I know I'm whoring up the suspension forum here, lol)

It'd be nice to roll them out for a 8.5" wide rim and the 235 or 245 tire. Doesn't seem like a single person has done this yet.

On a 8.5 wide? Pics?

That's what I hear and on a 8.5" wide GC05 Prodrive rim (offset?) I'd assume it's with theCobb springs.

they are not using Pro Drives anymore! Volk RE30 18x8.5 53mm offset, 255/40/18 rubber.

Also take into account that not all tires of the same size have the same width! Some run wider than others.
