I love a good Belgian style tripel.

Victory Golden Monkey and Heavyweight Lunacy Ale are pretty good local versions...although nothing beats the real stuff from Belgium

Oh, but one of my favs is this import from Canada I think. Called Modeate(sp) it still has the hopps in the bottom of it, not a thick beer, but it has some substance to it. Really good stuff, tastes awsome.....high alcohol content though....

You can get it at this beer and wine importer in Sacramento at Beverages and More. They carry every type of beer in the world it seems.

Tsing Tao is alright...something to do with being an asian beer that was originally german might have something to do with it.

Yeah it's good stuff. It's pretty hoppy for the style. BTW the stuff on the bottom is yeast, not hops

YES!! That is it! I have only had a chance to drink it twice now, but MMMMMMMMMMM gonna get me some more.
