I drive a caution cone
They just flashed my car no question asked. Also the service was awesome, just in and out. Washed my car nicely.

BTW the car drives much better now, even the idle seems improved. It drives so smooth, feels like a N/A car.

definitly recommand fairfax mazda to anyone for service. Nomore tysons service for me.

woot woot..
kudos to Browns in Fairfax.. glad it went well for you! :)

im sorry but i dont.....jus cuz of bad experience....the manager is a major peni5......i cussed him out the day i was gunna buy my pr5 the salesman was great i felt bad for him cuz i sorta wasted his time...and he let me test drive 3cars.....but the manager thought i was a dumbass yes im young but not an idiot he wanted to sell me the car at msrp.....yeah okay......but arlington mazda was great i bought my car there....i prob just had one unlucky day at fairfax i guess ill go bak there one day....but so far i like arlington mazda more tho

arlington mazda is very good, more so than fairfax i believe

just don't go to rosenthal at tysons!!!!

I live about 2 miles from Arlington Mazda in Ballston.. stop by if your ever in the area.. :)

Yeah I got my car at Rosenthal in Arlington, the service was great. Even though I'm young the sales guy took me seriously, but did seem surprised that I qualified for the car on my own with low interest. All in all I highly recommend Rosenthal.

viperx-

I'm 19. You'd be surprised how many dealerships I went to and just left because they didn't take me seriously that I wanted to get a car that day. I really liked when 1 dealer said I had to be 21 to test drive.... :wtf: Also, the stories I got from my friends with 12 - 18% interest was scaring me.

haha im 17 beat that!.....i think i saw u lisa around there b4....netime u see a yellow pr4 with no front license plate dats me :) ....i work in arlington about every other weekend....at my frnds restaurant......"le mediterranee" on lee highway.....im usually around arlington every other week or sumtin

Bought car at Brown's. Service sucks ass. Have had temp tags for month and a half, because the salesman threw away my proof of residence (twice). Service technician does know the hole in his ass let alone efficiency or good customer service. Got flash and windshield replaced at Rosenthal. Very happy there. :)

viperx- sorry to hear about you car buying experience.. I bet mine was way worse..

c0nfus3d- did you see a mid blue 5 shooting down the road? you should wave next time.. :) I'll wave back..

I second that

Fairfax Service Sucks Major Ass- Stay away from Greg!

Sales on the other hand....David Ryan Browne is BY FAR the best salesman I've come across.

Guess it all depends who services your car....there are cool service guys at fairfax, just they are all pee-ons.

Yeah, Greg thinks he's the s***. No emotion at all. In Rosenthal Arlingoton Bryan would talk to you and other technicians and managers would say hey, how's it going and stuff. Just laid back. Try both and figure out what is more suited to your personality I guess. Cuz there is a HUGE difference between both. If you like fairfax, you might LOVE arlington.

No s***-

what happened to dave?

He was a great guy, but unfortunately due to money issues we decided not to buy in VA. I haven't kept in touch.

I was the last car he sold apparently, when I last spoke with him, he said he was getting a desk job at GM.
