so does the 1.04 come with ffs/lc or is it on the way? because on cobb's website its saying that the 1.04 is compatible with ffs/lc but under the features tab it still says that the ffs/lc are still in development.

LC works, not sure about FFS. You have to also download ATR in order to setup and use LC and FFS. Check out the cobb update thread, it explains how to do it.

I've tried LC a few times today it works.

FFS and LC work. Installed them both today. You have to set them up using access tuner race which is free after a simple survey.
