Engine Code Fuel lean misfire?

At first I believed it was from bad gas I let a friend drive it last week and believe he put 87 in the car (sick) . But after two tanks of BP 93 the check engine light is still kicking on to make it worse I am now throwing a misfire from cylinder 3. Any ideas I am running stock boost with an injen intake and cat back. 61,000 on the car.
 
good plugs good wires. I think its someting to do with the bov or a vac line. Its almost like the car runs lean low and when boost kicks then at 4k hits rich then drops back to lean after 6k. The problem is its hitting lean under regular driving on stock boost.
 
Im thinking about buying a boost guage and a wide band set up. Does any one know where i can pick up a good deal on the holder and guages for say under 300 bucks. I was planing on having the car dyno tuned and set at 10 psi after my down pipe and FMIC but i want to get her safe first.

I had a similar problem. Threw a lean bank 1 code. Car started to hesitate/buck in lower RPMs.Almost didnt want to accelerate for a bit and would all of sudden regain power. Felt very weird. Started off really vague. Got more noticeable in a 3 months time. Would lean out really bad at the same time. My EGR valve was getting clogged really bad(carbon build up). Was actually getting stuck open.
 
That sounds exactly like mine. I plan on sea foaming tonight to see if it helps. This weekend I plan on changing out the plugs to NGKs or the HKS plugs havent decided yet. But this is not the problem as the plugs are in fair condition. But it sounds exactly like what mine is pulling. How did you fix this issue? Did you clean or replace the unit?

I replaced it. With it getting stuck open and all that I decided to replace it. The cylinder walls or whatever they are called kinda got all scratched up from the valve getting stuck open. I also installed a 626 mani at the same time.
