Enabling time outs/disabling GPS Warning screen

Anyone have any idea how to either disable or set a timeout on the annoying start-up GPS screen that warns people about adjusting the GPS while driving? Right now you have to hit enter to get by the screen. My wife has a Garmin 2610 that has similar screens but they go away after a few seconds.

Any hackers/techs out there who know how I could get this done via firmware updates/dealer reprogram?
