Empire tuning short shifter problem

is anyone on the forum running this short shifter?

I recently tried to install it and ran in to an issue when trying to re-use my stock bushings on the short shifter (the stock bushings were too small and didn't fit snug in the short shifter as it did on the stock shifter). Just wondering if anyone else ran in to this problem and if so, what type of bushing did you use to run with the short shifter.
