Emission warranty question

Hi, I'm new here and I just bought a used 05 Mazda 3s. Just recently I had the check engine light come on and the codes I pulled were p2187,p2196,p0441,and p0442. I realize that the last 2 codes has to do with the Evap purge solenoid. I did the test as suggested on one of the forum and have determine the solenoid to be bad (leaking). My question is, will this be covered under the emission warranty? It should be known that my car has 62,000 miles and I live in the state of California.

double check! i think standard int he state fo cali is 50,000 miles or it used to be! might have gone up! only way to know is call a local dealer!
