I have done a lot of searching and haven't really found the info I'm looking for.
I want to know which one you guys think is better. Also wanted to know from those of you who have bought these springs, which ones did you buy, the p5 or sedan. I already know that the msp is different from the sedan when it comes to springs thats why I'm asking

Thanks

honestly i have the teins they are not bad, but i want the rear of my car lower... i want a stream lined look... the only way i can really get what i want is coilovers... but the eibach's have the best look i think i am about to sell my teins to get eibachs cause they lower the rear of the car more which is what i want. The teins lower the front of the car about 1.8" and the rear 1.5" i think the eibach's are the other way around possibly 1.4 in the front... but ride is not bad on either

Espelirs all the way!!!!

Eibach Prokit = 1.5 inch drop. Eibach Sportline = 1.8 or 2 inch drop, not remembering which, Tein S-Tech is 2.0 inch drop. I have driven different Proteges with all of these springs. I prefer the lower drops, there is not a lot of diff. in performance in these in my opinion. I have the Eibach Prokit on my car and I wouldn't mind having it a little lower, but on the other hand, my wheels don't rub and I can go over a speed bump with 3 people in my back seat, my system in the trunk and I have clearance. Also my car will clear an alignment machine....barely.

If you've got an MSP you've already got a very nicely tuned suspension. Unless you really, really just wanna go lower, I wouldn't mess with different springs.
I've got the Eibachs & love 'em, but if I had an MSP it'd still be stock.

To get the back lower the way you want, all you have to do is get new rear struts. For some weird reason mazda put rear struts on the mazdaspeed that are totally different than sedan or p5. Thats why you didn't drop in the back.

the msp is still way to high for my liking, because mazda did lower the car .75" but they also put taller tires on it. so it pretty much comes right back up to where it would be on a stock protege.

my wife has a stock p5, and when we have our cars side by side her car is actually lower than mine

I have the sportlines and like them very much. Nice all around drop. Handles a bit better than stock, just because of the lower center of gravity.

That's what I'm leaning towards as well. Do yours ever rub?

nah... never rub. The other day I had 6 adults in the car, and a full tank of gas. Talk about tucking... haha

dude i had the teins for about 2000 miles and the handling improvement was awsome... as far as the look i would have wanted it to sit lower in the back but the rake looked nice

I have the Eibach pro-kit on mine with the tokico blues, its nicely way better than stock. When james (MP3Architect) saw mine after i did my suspension he said that my rear was lower than his on his msp and wish his did that.

would changing the msp stock spring mess up the performance and handling of the msp even if you replace it with eibach pro kit? or will it improve it? Im pretty sure it will lower it bit right?

I Have The Eibach Sportlines, And They Are The Way To Go. They Give You The Perfect Ride Height And No Wheel Gap. They Handle Better To Me Than Any Other Spring On The Market. The Eibachs Are A Great Choice For Modifiers Who Are Looking For The Great Handling Sporty Look W/out Spending A Whole Lot Of Money.
