So I ordered the kit from Ken at mazda3online.com and received it yesterday. Went straight home from work and started installing it. The rear bar is a breeze to install. I tried to do the front, but what a b****! you have to drop the subframe and that is a pain. I was unable to do it, does anyone have any tips or pointers to make it easier??

lol... that sucks man... wasn't there a dude who got it a while ago, i would try pm'in him and see how he did it??

I havent had a chance to work on it again yet. Everytime I get a chance it has been snowing and cold

plus my open wound on my knuckle still hasnt healed from installing the rear!

"Easy back, pain in the ass front" seems to be par for the course.

You're just going to have to suck it up and drop the subframe.

Just remember, no job is finished unless you're bleeding in at least three places. :D

u must also break a tool or strip a bolt b4 callin the job done

(werd) I broke a 13mm impact socket last night.
Coincidentally, it broke because I was hammering it onto a rounded-off 9/16 nut.

I know I will have to drop the subframe, I was just worn out when I did it last time. I really only have saturdays/sundays to work on it, but its always stormy and cold on those days here!
