great gain over the ots map, but I would make sure you NEVER use the available 333wtq@3300rpms again. If you have seen a stock rod out of the engine, your would pull a little of that load before 3500. Kudos to the tuner for flattening out your power delivery so well compared to the ots map. I would ask them how many tables they manipulated, and which tables those were for the result. I'm only curious because my street tune seems to be taking an eternity, but then again, this is the only car i've attempted to tune, and it hasn't been on a dyno since the rebuild.

Damn 20.8 psi is a lot of this little turbo, which is most likely why you only gained that 9hp, its blow a lot of hot air. Exhaust temps must be a lot higher now too..

I agree that 20.8 is alot, I certainly wouldn't want to run that much boost. But 9 hp is only the peak gain. In some places he gained about 35 hp, and its much smoother than the ots map. I'd say thats pretty good.

So true, I put very little load on in the low RPM range.

I still need to get rid of the balance shaft, put in the oil pan windage tray and put on the spin-on filter conversion kit.

Hopefully, I won't be going Zoom Zoom Boom anytime soon, but I know the risks and limits of the stock engine. Sooner than later, I will have to beef up the internals.
