yeap, and especialy today i learned a lot of new things. did any of you "made" a Megasquirt? i wouldnt be excited by doing something wrong and *mpam* "was that a misfiring or a brakedown?"

That I did. Even with a very rough "street" tune, I picked up 8 HP and 4 lb/ft of torque above 4000 RPM on an N/A engine. I need to get back to the dyno to see where she currently sits.

For a F/I installation, the power output will be greatly increased with a proper tune.

Once you overcome the learning curve, it's very easy to change the settings via laptop. There's even software available to use a Palm Pilot.
