Ebay questions

Hey, first I would like to apologize upfront if these questions have already been answered. I couldn't find them anywhere on the site (and yes I looked). First, ebay sells air intake systems. They are pretty cheap and I was wondering if anyone has any takes or experiences on weather it's a good/bad idea to buy one there? Second, I am thinking of getting one of those smaller antenas. I am not really fond of the stock one. Ebay sells them for super cheap. Just looking for some opinions or experiences...thanks again guys. (rockon)

You can end up saving a lot with an intake off of eBay. The filter may not be that high of quality, but the tubing doesn't differ much. Now-a-days, the selection is even bettter, there are plenty of cold air intakes availible. Back when I bought mine, there were only short-ram style systems.

You can also pick up a name brand. I replaced my Megan Racing intake with an Injen this summer. The Injen was used. . . only $71 + shipping off of eBay.

regarding ebay cold air intakes make sure you do NOT GET THE ONES WITH THE GRAY HOSES.

seriously, believe me when i say that and save yourself the hassel. get the ones with the blue hoses, which as 2 couplers, and a elbow.

i dont know anything about the CAI on ebay, but i do know about the antenna. i bought one and works fine and looks really nice on my silver p5. trust me its worth the 4 bux!

i beg to differ my friend. i bought one of abay, it works fine when im not around any type of trees. Once i go near a gold course or forest its a wrap.

I dont listen to the radio mucha nyway, i just got it cuz someone stole my factoy one and i liek he way it looks hehe.

But i would buy the antenna, maybe its just my reception near my house. OTHER than that its a good lil change. IF YOU HAVE roof facks take them off muhahahaha

Ebay CAI

I bought an intake off of ebay really cheap....works perfectly fine..only thing is the air filter they send you is huge...Had alittle trouble getting it to teh space provided.....I would say buy the Ebay intake and just replace the filter with a better quality one

it's even cheaper than those with gray hoses.

there is also a cai with black hoses, also 2 couplers and a elbow, and a "MazdaSpeed" filter. but don't ship outside US and CA.
