E-manage problem

I bought an E-manage from Spool that's supposed to be tuned with timing and fuel maps, but it doesn't work. The wiring the diagram that I received is incorrect, (there are 3 misprints). If there is anyone that has successfully got one hooked up and running right please help me out.

I figured I was the first to buy one. Has anyone ever hooked one up, not specifically Spool? Since the E-manage isn't supposed to work with a Protege, I can't get any help from GReddy. So I'm just needing to know what wire is what on the back of the E-manage, because Terry from Spool did not send me the E-manage manual. So my advice to everyone that has purchased one from them, cancel it, because you will get screwed.

Because...
#1 You pay twice the price for an E-manage that "supposedly" tuned for your car, then when you get it- it doesn't work, because they dont know if they loaded the data right until it's in your car

#2 You have to pay $130 for a cable to install their fuel and timing maps that you've already paid for, but they didn't put in the box

((Terry I'm not trying to be an ass, but I've been very patient with you in waiting on you to send me the support tool, then you send me the disk without the cable, so then I have to turn around and pay another $130 to buy my own cable to install the software that you were supposed to send, so if I don't get any reply from you on what wires what I will send it back dispute the charges but I hope it doesn't come to that. I hope that's there's someone that can help me since you haven't been that good of help. But after six weeks of waiting anyone would get tired of the run around.))

So if anyone can help out, please reply and let me know what wire goes where.

yeah, turboge did his of his own accord. Talk to NCskatermp3....or whatever his username is. He got the first one and with terry out of work I don't how soon he can help you fix your wiring problem.

Remember I sent the whole support tool to you for free:rolleyes:
And that was with the the disk and cable I sent out a few days later.
This was like 2 weeks ago.....remeber per our phone conversation I said please send me back the stuff since that was my personal support tool that I lent you on good faith.

According to the wiring it should be fine. If you want pm Skatermp3 and he can verify for you

Yep I deleted my crap post....there is an optional harness for it...I hadn't read up on that thing for over a year, but I thought it was just fuel control...
 
ya..im sure its something somewhat new, i have been reading a bit on it because i might buy one in the future, seems if you can hook it up right it would be one awesome piggyback
 
Yeah with the info base we have now on one for a protege, I am still skepticle...After more people get them running properly and comment I could be interested...

In the past I never heard anything that great about it...especially its accuracy...It was simple and easy to use, but light years behind even cheap standalones on accuracy and resolution...

Either way, it is great for the price it seems...
 
It's not very hard to wire at all, Terry is good about his products and will get you going rather quickly. I have an e-manage in my car right now and it fired up on the first crank. Check my other thread in this forum for more info.
