Ok,
I just got back from the dyno, I got in 2 runs only @7.5psi.
I originally dynoed my car when I first put the turbo on and got 189 whp. That was before my 3inch exhst with no cats and act clutch.

Well I have to say the new numbers look good and have more room for improvement since I was pressed for time and oly got 2 runs in.

The first run yielded 195 whp and 206 lbs of torque.
After manipulating timing and leaning out more fuel I got

203 whp @ 6000rpm
213 lb/tq @ 4400rpm

I am still running very conservative and have confidence I can get 210whp and beyond at 8psi.

I will try to post dyno plots asap when I get a hold of my friends scanner. The plots look real yummy!

Perhaps nextweek I will meet up with inemical and do a little dyno day with him. He should have some interesting results with his gargantuan t3/t4 @ 12psi!

Well I am on my quest for 210whp.........wish me luck!
The darkside...........how luring it is mmuhhhhaahaaawaaahaaa!!

Good luck spoolin, I am happy for you, must be nice running 2oo ponies in our car...I can't wait till all of my stuff gets here so I can install it and spool too

holy CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! over 200 WHP? thats fantastic! Good for you, man, you're making me lean towards your system big time. Could you get us numbers for your starter kit, without all the goodies you have (i.e. plus the rest of the piping, a good exhaust, boost controller, etc)? And the dyno...
scan it in!!!

So you have no cat? 3 inch exhaust from the down pipe back?

Looks like you are getting roughly 11 HP/psi now, very efficient setup. My goal is to hit 20psi with a built bottom end, but it will be a while before I hit that hehe.

Thanks guys for the support. I am pretty sure I can get over 210 to the wheels with more time.

As for my exhaust set up NC I am running a 2.5 inch downpipe with no cat. It then goes into full 3 inch exhaust with no cats and a resonator to keep sound levels muffled.
