It was probably more trouble than it was worth, but I finally came home with my P5 tonight. I got to the dealer to pick up my car and went out to inspect it. Looked at the leather and the paint and everything, and that looked good except for a ding on the front bumper which they promised to get fixed for me. And then I looked in the back to see if the sub is there and it's not, and I know that I got a 2003 instead of a 2003.5 because there's a roof rack instead. So I start complaining to the manager about all this, and they're trying to put this all on me because I didn't specify that I didn't want a roof rack (who puts what they DON'T want on paper?) and that I wanted a sub (who puts something on paper that the dealer said was STANDARD?). So in the end, they say they'll put in the sub for me and I'm just going to have to keep the roof rack (I think it looks ugly if you don't put the bars on, so I guess I'll do that and just deal with it) because there's not another Silver 5-sp P5 in my area. I don't really have anything else to go off of, so I have to believe them about not having the car I want in the area, but it was such a pain. I'm just glad to be home with my car at this point.
