DUDE!!! My MSP got nailed

Last night my Speed got hit by this lady trying to make a left turn onto Sunset Rd. I just left worked. What the HELL!!! She said she couldn't see me, YAH RIGHT!!! It looks like the car might be totaled but you know how insurance companies are. My car now looks like the De Lorean in hover mode in the Back to Future movie. All the axles are bent, the face of all 4 wheels are on the ground while still attached to axle. I hope they totaled it. I know MSP will never be the same again.(sad1)

the lady that used to live across the street backed into my brothers car, $1500 worth of dammage
She said she couldnt see it, His car is Vivid Yellow and the was a foot of snow on the ground at the time

Call a lawyer NOW! Don't deal with the other insurance company directly. They will try to screw you... look up LOW blue book, poor condition, and they will probably try to offer less.

I would image a good lawyer can get you the real value for your car, compensation for time off work; lack of transporation, etc.... etc....

They can also help to expedite your claim. I have No personal experience with this, but have friends that have done this and things worked out well for them.

Sorry about the loss, but I hope it all works out quickly and fairly!

Damn!! That's sucks ass!! I hope that everything works out in the end. My Speed nearly got wacked last night at work, while sitting in the parking lot. This stupid b**** hit my friend's Tacoma on the right rear quarter of the bed of his truck. And then tried to drive off like nothing happened!!!

I've always wondered how the HELL these jackasses get their driver licences in this town!!!
