Hi everyone I posted this as a reply to a similar issue, but think maybe it was in the wrong area for my Mazda3 Posting it here as a new issue. Sorry for the redundancy.
I have a new Mazda3 5-door SP23 and it has been great so far.
However, I hear something similar to what you mentioned as well, but it sounds more like a high-pitched squeak, or rattle almost like a chirping sound when the accelerator is depressed and running on an slightly rough surface. What I hear doesnt seem to be associated with the pedal movement, but when depressed, it seems to allow the squeak to occur when the conditions are right if that makes sense.
If anyone thinks this is something they have noticed or is normal, please let me know.
