I used it last year and it was free. This year they are trying to charge me. turbotax is free online. Kind of.. they ended up charged me $50~total. Oh well..

i had to call for a friend whose taxes i was doing and he didn't have his 2007 return handy. called the 800 number and within 10 minutes we had both his AGI and his PIN from last year. :shrug:

Yeah, second time I called it was only a 2 minute wait. Guess i just picked a bad day.
