If you take a look at my signiture you can see my ultimate plan. I MUST have A LOT of horsepower! I 'm regretably abandoning my MP3 for the (relatively easy to achieve) high power potential of the Supra. The problem is......I'm in love with my MP3.
I made the decision because of some things I was hearing around the board. People were having transmition problems in stock trim. Now concidering that I need gobs of power, this was not going to fly with my 300+whp plans. I'm not going to spend a damn fortune on head work, pistons, rods, crank, ignition, fuel system, engine management, etc just to have to replace the transmition weekly. I will NOT be able to keep buying and installing transmitions and drivetrain components.
Do you think our drivetrain can handle 3 to 4 times it's original horsepower? (new clutch & flywheel of course)
Would the new axles for the mazda speed be strong enough? (at least I think it's getting new axles)
What do you guys think about this?
