Do your steering wheel and back seats shake?

Just read this whole thread. I can tell you that I have never had a problem like this with mine. The OEM Toyos are fairly soft and will flat-spot when parked overnight. This, unfortunately is normal. As long as the vibration goes away after being driven for a bit, then there isn't much need to worry. I have since switched over to a much harder compund Goodyear Eagle tire and still have no issues at all. I did the alignment myself, and always do my own balancing/road force. I understand what you guys are going through though, as I am a tech at a Ford Dealership who does tires/brakes, etc..... I have had many a customer with the same concerns as you guys have. I have spent upawards of 2-3 hours balancing/road force and tire indexing to smooth out as much vibration as possible. Hell, I spent that much time when I mounted my own tires as well. Hope that everyone gets their concerns addressed in a proper manner.

Sorry to burst your bubble guys but radial tires hardly if ever "flat-spot". Those old myths were from back in the days when non-radial tires existed on cars. Only tires that flat spot are probably trailer tires.
