Your stock mount looked like it was in PERFECT condition - you didn't need a new one.
All joking aside, my mount was the same way before I swapped in AWR mounts.
Durometer on those? How's the vibration?

Durometer i believe is somewhere between 65A and 70A.......Vibrations are 10x less then vibrations from the AWR front mm I used to have....but thats my opinion lol everyone has their own vibration tolerances

Hrm, well if they do just as well as AWRs but with less vibration, I might consider starting a WTT thread.

how do you now if your mounts are needing to be replaced (can't interpret the sarcasm in this thread!)? just vibrations? what are you looking for visually? my car has a slight but noticeable & annoying shimmy at highway speeds. i was thinking it might be tire balance, but worn mounts do this too?

The front mount is the weakest in our cars and usually the first to fail. I noticed more "drivetrain slop" in first gear. That herky jerk when you let off the gas. Also, stick-shift movement. No shimmy ,however. Your probably right about your tire balance.
The Medieval mount is very good, vibes are more than stock of course, but not that bad at all. Especially after a week or so now . It seems to have "relaxed " a bit.

Our mounts typically take about 2-4 days to "break in" as many like to say.
Everyones threshold of vibration pain is different. Some say our mounts transfer to much while others say they feel almost no added vibrations. The fact is, ours transfer the least amount than any other on the market right now.
