Dissapointed with turboxs hybrid BOV Sounds

maybe someone can help me out. i just installed a turboxs hybrid BOV and i kno its very ricer of me but i can barely hear it. i have to have the radio off and the window a little open just to get a little sqweak is there something i can do to make it louder?? or did i just buy the wrong one for what im looking for.. any help would be great

sorryto hear that bro, i got the turboxs full vta with horn and it is LOUD!!!! but it does fart hear and there between shifts... but I got Jordan at CP-E cooking me up a map to fix

i just read that when i install my CAI it should make it louder.. hopefully..

all you can adjust with the turbosmart is the spring tension (and can convert to full VTA or full recirc by taking off certain plates)

get your intake on and put 4 washers in thehybrid valve with the spring

intake (cobb sri FTW), 4 washers, and also its louder if you gun it and then left off the throttle w/o shifting. sounds mean as hell then. I don't care for the sound it makes when shifting, but oh well

sweet, i got the fugita cai still to install.. just a hassle since i have to take the bumper off. I will repost tomorrow once i get it on. hopefully its louder. Thanks everyone

You do not need to take the bumper off.

Yeah, I just installed my Fujita with stock everything else and it makes a heck of a difference in the sound it makes. And know, you don't have to take the bumper off, just have to be creative...
