Different Model 3's...

So there is a guy I see around here and he drives a 3 Hatch. He has the LED back lights and badges on the sides that say sp23. Its Charchol and does not have the Speed interior or fron and rear bumpers.

What model is this? Did he just add that stuff to make it look like a Speed3? Or is this last years?

THe sp23 was a model of the mazda3 that came out in like 2005 where that charcoal gray coclor was the "Special" color cause it was a "special edition" mazda3. It was basically a fully loaded mazda3 either hatch or sedan with the one time only exterior color and you had a choice of black leather in the interior or this nice saddle brown color that I really liked. Actually that was what I was gunning for when I was first shopping for my 3, but there weren't any left...so I got a black one, which is so much faster anyways, so whatever.
