DELSING MOTORSPORT/Klunk fix Update

Hey!

Once again, I am recovering quite well, thanks for all the "Get Well" comments. Another week or two and should be back up to speed! Speaking of speed, here are some pics just taken. Some of you have wanted to see the three piece, hollow, adjustable, one inch rear bar, also a pic of the bracket kit (shows one billet type clamp), and end link. The hardware is all going to be nickel plated for corrosion protection and it looks great. Pic on the Web is not of a bar end link, it is actually the end of some billet trailing arms, teh gold one is correct.

I will be sending a complete kit along with various bushings to "PING" on the forum to do a complete evaluation from his part of the world. This should have been done several months ago, but the surgeries got in the way. Thanks for the e-mail questions, I try and answer all of them quickly. Delsing Motorsport should have stock of all products by the end of April, maybe sooner. Pricing will be settled a bit earlier. Just want to have everything nailed down solid. Thanks!

Godspeed!
Dave

yep i noticed how its ognna be setup when i was unde rmy car the other day...there is a couple bolts on both ends of the stock rear end thats directly over the stock sway bar.....with that long angle bracket it will bolt to the floor of the car and position the stock bushings farther out of the bar and offer a wider grip on it.....awesome setup and im really excited to see how it goes...but i think ull get options...judgin form the pics u can have either the stock bushings, poly ones, or metal lined stock ones? anyway it look slike a awesome setup along with the billet endlinks and trailing arms...urll be a responsive feel...i had soild bearing suspension arms on my 240sx and u could feel everything....def a must have for autocross and other sprinted drivers :)

Yeah, just wondering if I should go through the headache of dealing with a local dealer to get revised bushings for my rear bar, The so-called clunk fixing 156-E bushings. If this kit came with new bushings I just won't have to bother.

same boat here as well...my dealer wont even do the tsb on my clunk cus suppostly i dont understand that the car has stiff sport suspension and thats something i gotta deal with....i drove my 240sx with solid suspension arms and hks full coilovers with 10k/8k spring rates on full damping and i didnt have a freakin clunk like i do with the msp...the bushings are already ovaled and they say thats normal...screw them i rather hack up and getin a better engineered replacement that will ofeer much better handlin responce also....with those brakcets and relocated mounts ur car will rotatoe much better...if u look closely at ur stock setup ull see it snot a good way to mount the bar.....the bar will easily torsion and twist front to back instead of just up and down.....

Totally understand. I don't think my dealer will do anything unless it's a recall. I have come to them with TSBs and they say, no VIN shows up, no recall, no service... grrrrrr.... I just don't want to give them my car for a day so they can beat on it and try to hear it clunk, and then tell me that's normal, or it's the custom enclosure that i have in the trunk and they won't replace the bushings. The dealers around here suck. I just need to find some place that understands and will just perform TSB work and believe me that it has the problem.

Yeah all of your Supsension stuff looks to be so FREAKING SWEET! I realy like the camber plates, coil overs, and rear sway bar replacement.
Too bad I don't know s*** about adjusting my suspension or at least very little.
Also my dealer was uber nice when it came to fixing my clunk inlcuding changing the mounting hardware, my exhaust, and replacing all my turbo hoses with new silicone hose. I feel for you guys whose dealership is not living up to their end of the deal.

Dave, you da MAN!

Pkay, Dave's probably not got prices up yet because he's still in testing (as well as recovering from surgery) and then needs to get it into full production. That said, I truly believe this will make it to market and that there will be "some" demand for the kit. I'm DEFINITELY in line for one o' these, as I firmly believe there will be noticable performance improvements as well as no more clunk - heck, just the clunk fix is worth it to me, I'll take the performance increase as a Bonus. It seems like an elegant engineering solution for the problem, and it looks tight as anything from underneath.
