2007 MS3
when i bought my ms3 the dealer had told me i should bring it back in to the dealer within 2 weeks to have a "final quality inspection" done on the vehicle. they are suppose to check the turbo, charging system, and run a diagnostic on it. so i get a day off of work and call down there (dealer is 30 miles away) and ask if they have time to get me in. they said yes so i drive down there and wait in line for them to tell me i wasnt going to fit into their schedule. so im a little pissed that i drove there for nothing and let them know it. i leave and go back in just a few days ago after calling 3 times to make sure. they get me in and tell me its going to be about an hour.. so i walk over to the lot to check out the new ms3 they got in and walk back. was about 30 minutes and i see the guy pulling my car out of the bay and parking it. no plastic seat covers, so paper foot mats, and the dude got grease hand prints on the stearing wheel, shifter, and door panel, and left me with a gas light on with the needle on the E. me = pissed. so i drive over to the dealer that sold me the car and gave him a rant. he drove me to the gas station and gave me a full tank of gas and said he was going to walk over to the shop and he would give me a call later. i get home and the phone rings and it happens to be one of those courtesy calls the desk gives you after service for an opinion survey. i told her me = pissed. she puts me on hold and a guy named joe picks up. i told him the whole story and he = pissed. told me i can have whatever i want when i go there. just drop his name and they wont argue. quality checks, oil changes, etc.. so im feeling good and say what about a cold air? he says how bout $299.. i say sweet. and i get a full detail from the grease prints.

Well my dealer flatout sucks at this point. Now with 4 promise delivery times an 2 months later ....no car. They recieved a True Red Speed3 GT today. And I thought it was mine. Darn salesman says it is not. Mine is still at port. Has been there for 2 weeks already. Boy am I pissed. It will be here the end of next weekis what he says. I have a good mind to tell them I dont want the car now. Or better yet when it hits ground at the dealer...tell them i dont want it. Ill tell u what that 2007 Subaru STI at the dealership across from the Mazda dealership looks better everyday.

If your in the Arizona area I work at Berge Mazda, were not a speed dealer, but we probably have the best techs in the state 4 of which are speed qualified and been turning wrenches for 10 years plus at this dealership, It is quality work and they dont joyride or ruin your trim when working on it.

The service department at Alhambra did me a solid by requesting nearly everything be replaced when my engine mount/tranny mount broke and wrecked my engine bay.
