Dead Radio/Jeff Hass

Anyone in the Houston area have their Kenwood crap out and take it to Jeff Hass? Mine finally went to s*** completely and since Jeff Hass is right down the road thought I might drop in over there.If anyone had good luck with warranty replacement there please let me know. thanks..

As long as you stock, take it in there and let them take it out. That way no one can say it died when you tried to remove it.

I dunno bout the dealer but there is one in dfw that is notorious for giving people a hard time.

jeff hass is one of those places you would rather not go... i work at westside chevy, but i drive a msp, and i took my car in under warrenty. and they fixed two things out of six... radio, and rattles. the radio was the only thing fixed... three weeks later.

We've had to have our bushings fixed

They messed up our Alarm and Carlos tried to tell me that it wasn't the factory alarm, he had someone else come and they told him it was...they still haven't fixed it

We have a consistant scratching noise in the front but they don't wanna do s*** about it..we're actually taking her in tomorrow

I'm gonna talk to a manager there and make sure s*** gets taken care of...

I hate the fact that they say they're gonna reserve a rental for you, you go back the next day and there is no rental for you...

well i work at jeff hass and i have seen some very stupid msp owners some in with boost controllers hooked up, hardpipes turbobacks ect. cmon people be smart when a tech pops your hood and see's all the mods on your car they dont wanna touch it because they dont know what youve jacked with and most of the time you lie to the dealer about your cars anyway i/e if you race your car and expect things to get replaced under warranty its like your trying to steal from mazda the dealer has a responsibility to mazda to find things like that, and also please dont trash talk dealers or there employees online if you happen to have a problem with a dealer take it up with a service manager most of the time it gets taken care of if the problem is legit
