Okay, so I'm planning on buying the DDM Tuning Raptor 55W kit with 8k bulbs.
With the options it gives, is it necessary to also include the "Dual in, dual out" HID harness, as well as the error code remover?
I think some people on here said the error code eliminator is a necessity for the 55W ballasts.

I'm also trying to keep with my original color, which was the 6k blue at 35W. The equivalent to the 55W would be 8k, no?

Make sure you get the relay wiring harness.

Those are the cables that go from the OEM bulb harness to the ballast and to the HID bulbs, right?

It goes from the positive terminal of the battery, to the ballasts, and to the stock bulb plug...and a couple of grounding points. If you're going with 55W Kit it's needed so you don't fry anything.

But you can buy these on eBay for about half the cost.

Ooh. hmm.. I have something similar that came with my OE-style fogs from eBay.
But of course, the Mazda3s already have the harnesses fitted and installed, it's all about installing the actual fog lights and the switch

Do you think there would be a quality difference between eBay and the ones offered on DDM Tuning?
15$ isn't much, so I may just go ahead and get it along with the kit.

I don't believe there would be a quality difference. It's your money so if you feel better buying the DDM one, go ahead The error code eliminator thing you mentioned are for German cars, IIRC.
