dashhawk HELP!!1

today the dashhawk screen appears missing data for PIDS...wtf? bought an used was gen2 v2.0 and it has been upgraded to v2.5, but didnt come with a usb cable...i couldnt connected to the computer with universal usb cable? anyone have similar situation???

Happened to me before. Reload the software. That should fix it.

Yes the DH device will glow red. Reload the software first if you haven't done so then connect the dashhawk device. Are you on Windows 7. If so then I'm the having same problem. But it works fine with Windows XP.

i been tried to download the v2.5 from dashhawk website, but i dunno y i couldnt launche the program.when i installed the software by the using the cd(v2.0), its tellin me no connection to the pc when i tried to upgarde the software?

You need to get the two drivers installed
Xp is doable
Vista is iffy but can work
Win 7 is a nogo

There was a beta version out there somewhere that I downloaded that fixed my lost pids, seems like I found it through their forum board. Some guy had it hosted on a site. Anyways I'm not going to look for it for you, but check their forum for beta launches.

i know dashhawk wont work my computer(window 7), i tried with vista, i can get the pc software loaded but when i tried to reload dashhawk it keep saying communication failed even usb is connected?? i downloaded v2.5.1 from their web but when i launched the software it actually shown v2.5??
