Yeh so last nite I got a speeding ticket on 133 in Brookfield/Bridgewater. The cop said he clocked me at 73 (i was definately over 80) but he wrote the ticket out for 60 in a 35...198 bucks. This is about 3 weeks after i just paid a 271 dollar ticket for doing 43 in a 15 (school zone). Its not like i mean to do it...i just kinda lose track of how fast im going sometimes.

After a certain # of tickets & $$ lost, you will realize how stupid it is & that you are putting others in danger. Think of the mods you could have bought with the $$ you've had to pay. It's not worth it, so please drive safely.
Funny you say that, in 1999 I bought a cd-r drive for about $250 at comp-usa to use and then to return. I kind of got used to it and just liked having it so I was planning on keeping it. Then during that month that I had before returning it I got a speeding ticket for 80 on a 55 and it cost me $256. Needless to say, I returned the cd-r drive so I could pay for the ticket. I know, thats what i was actually thinking about while i was in the car. After the first ticket i've been pretty good...but the one time i speed it up a little i get nailed. It sucks. tickets,tickets!! hows this, last weekend i got 2 speeding tickets in 2 hours and in 2 different states!! my plates finally got me in trouble. the first trooper wrote my but up a ton a violations.1-86 in a 70,2-window tint,3-tailights,4-headlight covers(eyelids),5-failure to show insurance(bs). and he chuckeld to his partner and pointed at my tag(ymeofcr) when i pulled off,prick. he was younger than me, and really promoting his authority.
i cannot wait to got to court on that one!! but the trooper in kentucky was cool and even knocked my speed down.

Just so you know..... speeding in a school zone, work area or passing a stopped school bus is on EVERY cop's pet pev's list. You deserve the ticket. If my kid was walking near his school and you didnt see him because you're flying by, I would KICK ur ass. If you don't pay attention to your speed... then what ELSE do you not pay attention to either? Cell phone, eating.. reading a map.. all kinda leads to the same thing. Just my $02.
Well I was on the intersate so I hope no kids would be playing there or the highway or any where that cars may travel at any rate of speed.
Thats what backyards, parks, gyms ymca are for. I never understand why parents let their kids in the front yard to play when the whole fenced backyard is there? Or kids who will stand in the road when you are coming down the road daring you to continue. Any who I got a ticket at 6.5am on a stupid stretch of 85 threw some bs county not hurting a soul. WE NEED A AUTOBAUN or a higher rate of speed on long strecthes of road. Speeding Tickets on the Interstate is a MONEY MAKING deal for that state their is nothing you could say other wise.

I got reckless driving before...it cost me a LOT of $$ & I just got my license reinstated last week. Good luck, but you must have been doing something bad to get that.

SLOW DOWN! Speed limits are there for a reason!
True Im learning that now, but how is it that some states have speed limits that are total speed traps. Other states 75mph others 65mph is the max. I know 85 speed limit changes per county it passes thru. Why so each county can get a chance at the monies generated by stoping safely traveling(other than speeding)cars. Belive me
Ive paid enough tickets and hopefully this will be the last. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. If you pay enough it goes away and everyone is happy. The court gets paid the lawyer gets paid the cops still looks good we get to keep driving(hopefully). And to make it worse Radar detectors are illegal and the state police dont lock your speed into their radar. So if a cop says your traveling above 80mph(reckless driving in VA) and you say no 75mph it s your word against theirs and guess what..........MONEY!!
