MAN!!! I was starting to have withdrawals!!! was shaking, breaking out in a cold sweat.....geeeeez its a good thing the board came back up!!

not to mention....just getting to swap stories with friends, and to be able to help those that I can. :{D

I couldn't believe it....there were some people actually emailing ME asking ME if I knew what was going on...lol like how the hell should I know! lol

it was after you had already told me that you had contacted someone about it...so I just passed that along...

but MAN, two days without the board felt like a LONG time...and of course it was two days of a weekend too! I had plenty of time to play....and the board was down....I had to find other things to entertain myself....but damn it was hot outside! lol

Believe it or not I purchased a 3000$ mammoth UPS for the server room, but UPS'es are only made for a few hours, I guess the outage was longer than that. We should be getting a diesel generator backup but it's a big investment as you may imagine.

Glad it turned out to be no big deal and we were up only after 2 days....but man...those 2 days seemed like FOREVER!

I'll probably see if I can SCRAP together enough cash to get a real server for the box. They're kind of EXPENSIVE though. People really should donate. hint hint wink wink nudge nudge
