CX9 tire size change

I am going to switch from the horrible stock dueller HT 245/50/20 to the Parada Spec X 255/45/20 tires and was wondering if I will have any problems with my vehicle other than the speedo being of by 2.1 % ? Will the change affect traction control or any other "computer" controlled asspect of the vehicle? The original tires lasted almost 20,000 miles.

No, as long as all four are of the same size (think AWD).
2% change in diameter is minimal.
In fact, tires of different brands with the same size designation are not of the exact same size, either.
A variation of 0.2" is normal in diameter.
You will love the Spec-X. Tirerack,com has raised the price on them.... wonder why...
