Hi everyone. Just picked up a 2019 CX5 GT for my daughter. Unfortunately we never tested the back seat heaters till yesterday. Both sides don’t turn on. No lights on buttons that is on the center drop down consule light up when buttons pushed with car running. Checked the 20a fuse in the drivers side well and it meters ok. Any suggestions before ripping stuff apart to find connectors? Thanks.

Removing the back seats is super easy. To remove the back seats, the bench, look in front of the seats, left and right, there are two tabs. Flip those to unlock the seat then lift the bench, it should come off. See the video link for more details. Check under the seats, there are some connectors there and maybe some of them are not connected. While you're checking the back seat connectors, take notice of the fuel pump access panel under the left back seat, in case you'll ever need to work on the fuel pump.
