Same model different performance

I bought a 2021 CX-30 brand new a few years ago. The car was absurdly fast. The rear differential broke, I brought it in and traded it for the exact same model with 5k miles. The newer car is fast but not at all like the first one. I've done the transmission relearn about 4k miles ago and it still hasn't changed.

Any tips?

All maintenance is up to date? I'm assuming no engine codes or MIL/CELs.

Have you checked your engine air filter to see if it may be clogged/obstructed?

Is your AWD functioning normally? The rear differential in my CX-9 broke too. When it did, the car felt like it was dragging it's ass while accelerating. No noises, and oddly enough no CELs to tell me something was wrong until I drained the diff and found contaminated fluid and metal chunks.

This car is performing as expected. I believe it has more to do with the adaptive transmission as the previous car seemed to continuously get faster the more i drove it. With this car 1st thru 3rd gear are extremely fast and responsive however 4-6th are pretty doggy. I also installed a k&n air filter when i purchased it

Not sure but that was on the previous car. That car did have 75k miles
I should probably clarify. In this instance I'm wondering if anyone has experience owning this car. The first CX-30 was absurdly fast. It felt like it had a specific moment that it became different. Every gear was extraordinarily responsive. This car is mechanically sound. I am wondering if there is a cheat for the transmission to respond better in all gears. 3rd gear is a real beast but the rest are more average.
