2007~2015 CX-9 Moonroof stuck open…Help!

[DAT IS PHA]

I have a 2011 mazda cx-9. I went to doctor, open moon roof as normal. Came back to hit switch and it was stuck tuff.

Tap again and then it was loose, with no response, suggest switch fuse, no luck open moonroof control switch lamp to do it manual, no chance.

How can I close it and leave it closed?
