Blink, please get it checked and noted. Now that Ausie brings it up, it does remind me of one time where a technician at a previous employer (I have been in the new car dealership bussiness for 10 years) dropped a brand new vehicle from a lift doing a PDI (pre-delivery inspection). Also, I have seen numerous times damaged brand new vehicles from the freight companies that deliver them to the dealer, and damaged caused at the dealership lot from porters or salemen driving them around or at test drives. So as Ausie mentioned, you bought it new, but;

1. Was it a DEMO?
2. Was it damaged in transit (carrier) or at dealership in the lot or at PDI?

It was the very first shipment of 08 builds and NO it wasn't a demo. Im not aware if it was damaged in transit. But after seeing all these comments, i might go and get it checked out and noted by the dealer.
