CX-50 Liftgate lock button doesn’t work after reprogram

I had the CX50 in for service because the liftgate would not open unless the ignit was off. That problem was fixed but now the left button on the open hatch no longer will work (it used to close the hatch and lock all the doors). Anyone else had this issue?

Are you sure you had the keyfob in your pocket (or close by)? It will not work without that being present (no lock and tailgate won't close).

Wish it were that simple. And, yes, the doors were all closed, too. I have an appointment to the dealer because I waited and it worked five minutes later
