CX-5 Headlight Part Numbers

I have a headlight with a part number of KA3C 51 030C on the label and have the oportunity of getting a headlight with KA3C 51 030L on it.

Although they look the same, are they the same fit / connectors?

Any help would be great

A dealer parts dept will have a record of all the supersessions for various part numbers. That's who I would be asking.

that doesnt really help as im not getting the part from Mazda. It would be a bit rude to ask their parts dept lol I dont fancy paying £1,000.00 for a headlight but ta for input

Wow, is that a "Brit thing" or something? I would have no problem whatsoever enlisting the help of a friendly local dealer parts guy to help me sort something like that out. Or even calling an online Mazda parts dealer. All they can say is "no", but I can't imagine them being that rude!

Well if it doesn't work out, here's one currently running on eBay that you might be able to have shipped.

This is a known flaw from factory on these lights.
